A high quality cutting fluid for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Dasco Sol 2106 A has been formulated with innovative technology to provide outstanding biostatic properties not typically found in soluble oils, without the use of biocides or fungicides. Dasco Sol 2106 A is a universal water soluble concentrate, suitable for the entire range of medium to heavy duty machining, grinding, light forming and stamping. Water emulsions of Dasco Sol 2106 A exhibit excellent lubricity and long-term stability. Superior surface wetting provides maximum cooling and chip removal. Dasco Sol 2106 A is formulated to be non-staining to many common grades of aluminum. Unwashed parts, produced with Dasco Sol 2106 A are protected from rust and corrosion by a thin residual film.

Dasco Sol 2106 A is suitable for both central systems as well as for individual sumps. Recommended concentration ratios are:
General Grinding: 4% to 6%
Machining Operations: 5% to 10%
Light Stamping, Forming: 5% to 10%
The concentration of Dasco Sol 2106 A can easily be determined by using a refractometer
